The proposals must be in the hands of the undersigned no later than 9:00 a.m.,Wednesday, July 5, 2023- in the Courthouse House Annex meeting room of the Webster Parish Police Jury, 401 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana 71055. The bid forms and specification sheets are available at no charge in the office of the Secretary–Treasurer, Webster Parish Policy Jury.  Successful bids will be approved at the Regular Meeting, Webster Parish Police Jury on July 5, 2023.

The Webster Parish Police Jury is a tax-exempt governmental agency.

The Webster Parish Police Jury abides by the requirements of the Louisiana Bid Law.

ALL BIDS SUBMITTED MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED.
