The Regular Meeting of the Webster Parish Police Jury will be held as follows:

PUBLIC HEARING:            To sit as a Board of Review for the 2009 assessment of real and personal property of the Parish of Webster, State of Louisiana.  To adopt the millage rates for the tax year 2009

PUBLIC HEARING:            To hear comments concerning the adoption of Webster Parish Ordinance # 991, To repeal existing Ordinance # 829 of 1988 and establishing “Flood Damage Prevention” Ordinance for Webster Parish.

                1.  Additions to the agenda.

2.             Adopt the minutes from the October 6, 2009 Administrative Committee Meeting, the October 6, 2009 Buildings & Grounds Committee Meeting,  the October 6, 2009 Road Committee Meeting, and  the October 6,  2009  Regular Meeting. 

                3.              Approve invoices for payment:    Monday, November 9, 2009

                4.             Park Side Landing dedication

5.             Adopt Webster Parish Ordinance # 990 Amended. 

To adopt the millage rates for Webster Parish Police Jury for the year 2009.

6.             Adopt Webster Parish Ordinance # 991.

To Adopt Ordinance #991 which repeals WP Ordinance # 829 and establishing Flood Damage Prevention in compliance with FEMA Floodplain management.

7.             Update of Salvinia control on Lake Bistineau-Mr. Mark McElroy, Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries.

                8.             Approve Board Appointments:

1- Sarepta Water Works District-To appoint Mike Andrews to replace Mr. Charles Woolley who resigned.    

9.             Resolutions,

                1- Minden Cultural District Support, Mrs. Pattie Odom, Minden Main Street Director

                2- Support for Capital Outlay Application        Webster Parish Police Jury, Renovation of Regions Bank

                3- Support for Capital Outlay Application        Webster Parish Police Jury, Courthouse Renovation

                4- To submit to the State Mineral Board Webster Parish Lands for lease bid for the 2010 agenda.
