NOTICE OF MEETING
A Buildings and Grounds Committee Meeting has been called on November 3, 2009 at 9:00 A.M. in the 3rd floor meeting room of the Webster Parish Courthouse, Minden, Louisiana.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the following:
Permitting in compliance with FEMA floodplain management, IBTS, Mr. Greg Blount; Employee Appreciation Lunch, November 6, 2009, Ms. Vera Davison- Administrative Committee Chair; Minden Health Unit request; and any other items pertinent to the committee.
The public is invited to attend.
