The Regular Meeting of the Webster Parish Police Jury will be held as follows:

1. Additions to the agenda.
2. Adopt the minutes from the January 5, 2010 Regular Meeting.
3. Approve invoices for payment: Tuesday February 9, 2010

4. Adopt 2010 Webster Parish Police Jury Operating Budget with corrected brought forward figures
5. Declare Surplus selected Timber at the Webster Parish Penal Farm property and advertise for Bids on surplus timber.

A. Heflin Fire District #12- Appoint Scott Mizell to fill the unexpired term of Jimmy Powell
B. Shongaloo Fire Protection District #9 -- re-appoint for a two year term

NOTICE OF MEETING
An Intergovernmental Committee Meeting has been called for February 2, 2010 at 9:00 A.M. in the 3rd floor meeting room of the Webster Parish Courthouse.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss Webster Parish road names/mapping, and website for mapping.
The public is invited to attend.

NOTICE OF MEETING
A Road Committee Meeting has been called for February 2, 2010 immediately following the Intergovernmental Committee Meeting at 9:00 A.M. in the 3rd floor meeting room of the Webster Parish Courthouse.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the following items: Municipality request; Parish right of way dedications; road department employees-Administrative; road construction material bids; speed limits on parish roads; and school bus turn-around.
The public is invited to attend.
