The Regular Meeting of the Webster Parish Police Jury will be held as follows:

CALL TO ORDER:
1. Additions to the agenda.
2. Adopt the minutes from the March 2, 2010 Road Committee Meeting, and the March 2, 2010 Regular Meeting.
3. Approve invoices for payment: Thursday, April 8, 2010
Steve Lemmons, Vera Davison, and Bruce Blanton
4. Resolution to approving the holding of an election to authorize the levy of special tax for Fire District # 10
5. Proposed Webster Parish Police Jury Ordinance to set Franchise Fee for providers of Cable or Video Service within the unincorporated areas of Webster Parish.
6. Re-appointment of Fran Harvey, Executive Director, Webster Parish Police Jury Office of Community Services for a one year term.
7. 1st Quarter 2010 Budget Amendments for Operating Budget of the Webster Parish Police Jury.
8. Board Appointments:
A. Doyline Waterworks District # 1 – Board of Commissioners recommend the following appointments:
To reappoint Mr. Warren N. Pearson, Jr. for a two year term- July 2012; To reappoint Ms. Gradie Ward for a three year term, 2013; To appoint Mr. Stanley Brown for a four year term- 2014; To reappoint Mr. Lee Ware for a two year term, 2012; To accept the resignation of Ms. Betty Ballard effective March 8, 2010; and To appoint Ms. Josephine Sutis to fill the unexpired three year term of Betty Ballard – 2012.
B. Webster Parish Fire Protection District #4 Board of Commissioners recommend the following Board appointments:
To appoint Mr. James Allan Strickland to a two year term – March- 2012; and to appoint Mr. Jeffery William Lair to a one year term, March- 2012 for outside of the city appointments to fill vacancies.
C. Shongaloo Fire Protection District # 9 Board of Commissioners appointment:
Juror, Steve Duggan request appointment of Mr. Don Campbell to the unfilled two year term.
Board of Commissioners of Shongaloo Fire District #9 request re-appointment of Mr. Jesse Lee to the unfilled two year term.
Additions to Agenda:

D. Heflin Fire Protection District #12 Board of Commissioners appointment:
Board of Commissioners of Heflin Fire Protection District # 12 request re-appointment of Mr. Joe Lynn Robinson to a 2-year term, June 1, 2012; and the re-appointment of Mr. Scott Mizell to a 2-year term, June 1, 2012.
