     1.     Set date and time for 2011 Regular Webster Parish Police Jury Meetings 1st Tuesday of the monthe at 10:30 A.M.

     2.     Additions to the agenda.

     3.     Adopt the minutes from the January 4, 2011 Regular Meetings.

     4,     Approve invoices for payment:  Wednesday, February 9, 2011 (Steve Ramsey, C.C. Cox, and Charles Odom)

     5.     Webster Perish Police Jury Reappointment, Doug Mitchell, Demographer

     6.     Springhill Health Unit, Mayor Carroll Breaux, City of Springhill

     7.     EECBG Grant, Award of contrace, Joule LLC for WP Building Improvements

     8.     Blighted Property, Judge Graydon Kitchens, Johnson Property

     9.     Budget Amendments: 2011 Amended Budget with correct brought forward fiques.

    10.     Board Appointments:

A.  Webster Parish Communications District E-911 recommendation for appointment

1. Approve the resignation of Allen Mosley
2. Appoint Kevin Davis to fill the unexpired term of Allen Mosley that will expire in 2013, Mr. Davis will represent the medical sector.
3. Re-appointment of Lewis Pace - Citizen's sector - expire in 2014
4. Re-appointment of Walter Morgan - Citizen's sector - expire in 2014
5. Re-appointment of Steve Cropper - Parish Law Enforcement - expire in 2014
