1. Additions to the agenda
2. Adopt the Minutes from the November 2, 2010 Road Committee, and the November 2, 2010 Regular Meeing of the Webster Parish Police Jury.
3. Approve invoices for payment: Thurssay, December 9, 2010 (Steve Lemmons, Vera Davison, Bruce Blanton)
4. Approve the proposed 2011 Operationg Budge of the Webster Parish Police Jury
5. Approve budget amendments for the 4th Quarter, 2010 for the Webster Parish Police Jury
6. Resolutions:
   1. WPPJ Office of Community Services, Application with LA DOTD grant for Operationg
   2. WPPJ Office of Community Services, Application with LA DOTD grant for Capital
   3. Germantown Water System application for Community Water Enrichment Fund grant in the amount of $35,000.00 to replace old water lines.
   4. Audit Engagement for the WPPJ with Allen, Greene, and Williamson - 2010 Audit of Financials.
7. Appointments:
   1. Dixie Inn Fire District #7 appointment of Mr. Gary Greene for a 1 year appointment, and Mr. Bernard Hudson for a 2 year appointment.
   2. WP Library Board of Control to reappointment of Mrs. Lyda Madden to a 5 year term.
   3. WPPJ appointment of Mrs. Jerry Lee to the Library Board of Control
   4. Appont Mr. Bill Altimus to the Pine Country Education Board
   5. WPPJ Appointment of Mr. James Madden to the South Webster Industrial District Board
8. Approve 2011 Beer Permit Applications (see attatched list)
9. Approve North Louisiana Criminalistics Laboratory budget as presented.
10. Sparta Commission, Ms. Lindsey Gouedy
11. Ware Youth Center, Mr. Kenny Loftin
