PUBLIC HEARING:  To hear comments concerning the proposed closure of Waldron Road.

CALL TO ORDER:

1. Additions to the agenda
2. Adopt the Minutes from the October 5, 2010 Road Committee, and the October 5, 2010 Regular Meeting of the Webster Parish Police Jury.
3. Approve invoices for payment: Tuesday, November 9, 1910 (Steve Duggan, Daniel Thomas, Charles Walker)
4. Carlos Irizarri, M.D. Webster Parish Coroner
5. Approve the closure of Waldron Road
6. Resolutions:
   1. To make application for Capital Outlay funds for renovation of the Webster Parish Courhouse Annix $400,000.00
   2. To make application for Capital Outlay funds for renovation of the Webster Parish Courhouse $3,000,000.00.
7. To Declare surplus eligible adjudicated Property and transfer ownership of additional selected parcels to the Town of Cotton Valley.
8. To Declare surplus list of eligible of Adjudicated Property to be included in Webster Parish Ordinance 996 for the sale of adjudicated property.
