NOTICE OF MEETING

A Road Committee Meeting had been called for 9:00 A.M., Tuesday, October 5, 2010 in the 3rd floor meeting room of the Webster Parish Courhouse, 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss Municipality request, Allen Drive intersection, Travel for employee, Forest Service Road Agreement, 2011 Materials Bid, and any other matters pertinent to this committee.
