BOARD OF REVIEW:  To sit as a Board of Review for the 2010 assessment of real and personal property of the Parish of Webster, State of Louisiana. To adopt the millage rates for the tax year 2010.

CALL TO ORDER:

1. Additions to the agenda
2. Adop the minutes from the September 7, 2010 Administrative Committee, Intergovernmental Committee, Road Committee, Road Committee, and Regular Meeting of the Webster Parish Police Jury.
3. Approve invoices for payment:  Friday, October 8, 2010 (Steve Ramsey, Charles Odom, C.C. Cox)
4. Human Health Service District Letter of Support.
5. Adopt Ordinance #995 of Webster Parish to adopt the millage rates for Webster Parish Police Jury for the year 2010
6. Adopt Ordinance #856 Amended for Off-System Bridges in Webster Parish for 2010
7. Resolutions:
   1. WP Resolution to adopt Webster Parish GIS Mapping System as official Parish Map
   2. Signature Resolution authorizing Fran Harvey to sign documents for the Webster Parish Police Jury Office of Community Services.
8. Letter of Support for Council on Aging application for Capital Outlay Funds for new Senior Center
9. Declare surplus eligible adjudicated property and transfer ownership of selected parcels to the Town of Cullen and to the Town of Cotton Valley.
