NOTICE OF MEETING

        A Road Committee Meeting of the Webster Parish Police Jury will be held Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at 9:00 A.M. in the 2nd floor meeting room of the Webster Parish Courthouse, 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana.

        The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the following: Road Dept.Employee issues, Discussion of Release of Servitude- J. D. Clayton Road, Municipality Request, Right of Way Dedication – Eagle Street, Priority Road Quotes, Material Bids, and any other items pertinent to the committee.

        The public is invited to attend.
