1. Adopt the minutes from the August 2, 2011 Road Committee Meeting, the August 2,  2011 Regular Meeting.

Amend minutes:  August 2, 2011 Regular Meeting- Resolution for LCDBG needs to include Grievance Procedure (see attached)

Amend minutes:  August 2, 2011 Regular Meeting- Beer Permit approved pending- TC Lounge &Bar- inside City of Springhill – no need to approve.

An Administrative Committee Meeting will be held Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at 9:00 A.M. in the 3^rd floor Police Jury Meeting Room of the Webster Parish Courthouse, 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana. 

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the following:  Police Jury Office Personnel, Homeland Security GOHSEP Regional Coordinator, Mr. Glenn Benton, Bossier Parish Police Jury, and any other items pertinent to this committee.
