PUBLIC HEARING:  To hear comments concerning the proposed 2012 Budget of the Webster Parish Police Jury.

PUBLIC HEARING:  To hear comments concerning the proposed closure of the Hayes Farm Road – SW of Cotton Valley off of Bellevue Road and Adkins Road - Off of Adkins Road South of Mt. Sairia.

1. Accept the resignation of C. C. Cox, Police Juror District # 5 effective November 28, 2011 and appoint Mr. Perry Kirkland to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Cox effective December 6, 2011.

2. Webster Parish Fire Protection District #6 – appoint Mr. Barry Smith to fill the unexpired term of Mr. LaVain Williamson.
3. Evergreen Volunteer Fire Dept – Re-Appoint Denise G. Miller to a 2 yr term as Secretary-Treasurer, 2012 - 2013
4. Webster Parish Library Board – To reappoint Mr. Henry Hobbs for a 5-year term

A Finance Committee Meeting will be held Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 8:30 A.M.  in the 3^rdfloor Police Jury Meeting Room of the Webster Parish Courthouse, 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana. 

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the following: The proposed 2012 Operating Budget of the Webster Parish Police Jury, and any other items pertinent to this committee.
