2. Pine Country Education Center:  Reappoint Bill Altimus to a two year term 12/2013 and Ronda Carnahan to a two year term 12/2013. 
3. Webster Parish Police Jury Office of Community Services – reappoint Fran Harvey, Executive Director for a one year term
4. Northwest LA Human Services Board – appoint Mrs. Ora Rice, Webster Parish’s  nominee to fulfill the unexpired term  of Jerri M. Lee

1. To adopt Webster Parish Ordinance # 1004—Policies and Procedures required of Districts and/or Boards that are created by the Webster Parish Police Jury.

1. To approve Webster Parish Operations Manual.

1. Approve Contract with Wayne Kilpatrick to do soil testing at the Webster Parish Landfill relative to Mitigation projections for expansion.

1. To approve the recommendation to surplus 2005 Homeland Security Vehicle and ratify sell at auction according to US DOJ regulations concerning vehicles purchased with DOJ funding.

1. To approve Resolution #007-2012,  requesting LA DOTD provide better safety equipment at Bailey’s  Crossing

1. Approve Recreation Funding:
2. District #6 – Payment for Survey for Port O’ Bistineau LADWF Grant Project

NOTICE OF MEETING

A Road Committee Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 9:00 A.M. in the 3^rdfloor meeting room of the Webster Parish Police Jury, Webster Parish Courthouse, 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana. 

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss Municipality request, to set speed limit on parish road, and any other items pertinent to this committee.

NOTICE OF MEETING

An Inter-Govermental Committee Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 immediately following the Road Committee Meeting in the 3^rdfloor meeting room of the Webster Parish Police Jury, Webster Parish Courthouse, 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana. 

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss new mapping information for Webster Parish, and any other matters pertinent to this committee.
