Intergovernmental Committee
September 4, 2012
The Intergovernmental Committee of the Webster Parish Police Jury will meet Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at9:00 A.M.in the 3rdfloor meeting room of the Webster Parish Courthouse, 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana.
The purpose of the meeting is E-911 presentation and mapping and to discuss old utility lines depth in parish rights of way, and any other items pertinent to this committee.
The public is invited to attend.

The Road Committee of the Webster Parish Police Jury will meet Tuesday, September 4, 2012 immediately following the 9:00 A.M. Intergovernmental Committee Meeting in the 3rdfloor meeting room of the Webster Parish Courthouse4, 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss: District A funding; municipality request; road at landfill (shooting range); time clocks; and any other items pertinent to this committee.
