1. Set Day and Time for 2013 Regular Police Jury Meetings to be held Monthly.

1. Signature Resolution authorizing the President and the Secretary-Treasurer to sign documents on behalf of the Webster Parish Police Jury for the year 2013.

1. Additions to the agenda:

6.     Adopt the minutes from the December 4, 2012 Finance Committee Meeting, the December 4, 2012

        Road Committee Meeting, the December 4, 2012 Regular Meeting, and the December 27, 2012 Administrative Committee  Meeting.               

7.     Approve invoices for payment:  Wednesday, January 9, 2013- Steve Lemmons, Vera Davison, Bruce Blanton. 

8.     Adopt the 4^th quarter, 2012  budget amendments of the Webster Parish Police Jury..

9.     Adopt the 2013  Budget of the Webster Parish Police Jury with actual brought forward figures..

        a- Approve request for 2% C.O.L. raise for 26^th Judicial employees for 2013.

        b- Approve request for 2% C.O.L. raise for Webster District Attorney employees for 2013.

10.   Approve Audit Engagement of Allen Green and Williamson for the 2012 Audit of Financials, and to engage Jamison & Wise and Martin, CPA for preparation of Trial Balance and other CPA duties.

11.    Webster Parish Police Jury Office of Community Services:

           a- To Appoint Mary Whitaker Executive Director, Webster Parish Police Jury Office of Community Services for the year 2013.

           b- To approve employment contract for Mrs. Whitaker.

           c- To approve Signature Resolution for the WPPJ Office of Community Services.

12.   Public Works request:

                a- Approve Bid Tabulation for 2013 Road Materials

                b- Approve Town of Sibley Resolutions – 3

                c- Discussion of dead trees in parish- Daniel Thomas

 13.     Approve 2013 Beer and Video Poker Permit Renewals

 14.     Approve applications for Community Water Grants:

                a- Germantown Water System,        Water Lines          $65,000.00

                b- Shongaloo Water System,            Water Lines          $50,000.00

                c- Jenkins Water System,                  Water Lines          $25,000.00

  15.     Approve the annual budget for the operation of the North LA Criminalistics Lab Commission.

 16.      Resolution:  Approving the issuance of Certificates of Indebtedness of Fire Protection District #10.
