                A- Webster Parish Convention and Visitors’ Bureau:

 Kerry Easley to a 3 year term

                                 Nickey Patel to a 3 year term

                                 Kristi McClain to fill the remaining one year of the term vacated by Sam Black 

                B- Shongaloo Fire Protection District # 9

                                Reappointment of John Stanley, President to a two year term

                                Reappointment of Jesse Lee, Vice President to a two year term

                C- Webster Parish Library:

                                To appoint Mr. Henry Bridges to serve the unexpired term of Mr. Henry Hobbs- 12/31/2016

                D- Webster Parish Communications District – E-911:

                                To reappoint Billy Dorsey to a 4 year term

                                To reappoint Kip Mourad to a 4 year term

                                Appointment pending to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Lewis Pace who passed away on 01/28/13

          7.  Resolution of Support for application for Community Water Grants

                A- Pleasant Valley Water System                $12,000.00         replace old water mains

                B- Leton Water System                    $30,000.00        replace 2” lines with 3” lines

NOTICE OF MEETING

            The Road Committee Meeting of the Webster Parish Police Jury will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 9:00 A.M. in the 3^rdfloor meeting room, Room 302,  of the Webster Parish Courthouse, located at 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana   71055. 

            The purpose of the meeting is to discuss:  Trees in Parish Rights of Way; Personnel Policy; Municipality request, and any other items pertinent to the committee.
