PUBLIC HEARING: To hear comments and obtain views on the housing and community development needs of the Police Jury and to discuss the submission of an application for funding under the FY 2014 – FY 2015 Louisiana Community Development Block Grant (LCDBG) program.

3. Adopt the minutes from the March 5, 2013 Road Committee Meeting and the March 5, 2013 Regular Meeting,
4. Approve invoices for payment: Tuesday, April 9, 2013: Randy Thomas, Daniel Thomas, and Charles Walker
5. To take action concerning the FY2014 – 2015 LCDBG program:
a- To adopt procedure and to appoint Ronda Carnahan the Citizen Complaint Officer
b- To authorize Jim Bonsall to proceed with the development of the LCDBG application.
6- Oracle Land Services – 5 min. presentation -Beau Johnston
7. Introduce Ordinance # 1006- Ordinance setting the franchise fee on cable or video service. To be voted on in May.
8. Ratify action taken March 7, 2013 regarding approval of bids for (2)-two tandem diesel trucks.
9. Board Appointment:
a- Webster Parish Fire Protection District #10:
Accept resignation of Ben Gorman
Approve appointment of Phillip Krouse to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Gorman

The Administrative Committee Meeting of the Webster Parish Police Jury will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 9:00 A.M. in the 3rdfloor meeting room , Room 302, of the Webster Parish Courthouse, located at 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana 71055.
The Purpose of the meeting is to discuss: Change to Formal Operations / Procedures of the Webster Parish Police Jury, and Group Insurance renewal , and any other items pertinent to this committee.
The Full Jury is urged to attend.

The Road Committee Meeting of the Webster Parish Police Jury will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 immediately following the Administrative Committee Meeting at 9:00 A.M. in the 3rdfloor meeting room, Room 302, of the Webster Parish Courthouse, located at 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana 71055.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss: Municipality request; Fire Department request; speed limit request; Unit 2 building; Discussion of road construction items; discussion of E-911 signs; any other items pertinent to the committee.
