NOTICE OF MEETING

A Special Meeting of the Webster Parish Police Jury will be held Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at 9:00 A.M. in the 3^rd floor meeting room- Room 302 of the Webster Parish Courthouse, 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana 71055. 

The purpose of the meeting is to act on the following items:

1- Approve 2013-2014 Blue Cross Blue Shield Group Health Insurance Renewal

2- Consider changes to the Group Insurance benefit package for employee and retirees.

3- Resolution – Authorizing Jim Bonsall, President signature authority on Equipment lease.

4- Discussion of road surfacing options – Lay down machine.
