5.     To call for a Public Hearing to sit as a Board of Review of the 2013 assessment of property for Webster Parish.     

6.    RESOLUTIONS:

        A- To alter the boundaries of Fire Protection District# 10- Minden Fire Protection District

        B- To alter the boundaries of Fire Protection District # 7 – Dixie Inn Fire Protection District

C- To hold an election in Fire Protection District #7 to authorize incurring of debt and issuance of bonds.

D- To approve the issuance of $500,000. Of Certificates of Indebtedness #2013 of Evergreen Fire Protection  District , Claiborne/Webster Parishes..

        E- To support & recommend forAmtrak Passenger Rail Service in North Louisiana

7.     To approve successful bid for Adjudicated Property Sealed Bid that will open on September 6, 2013 upon legal review of Parish Attorney.

8.    Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the Town of Cullen.
