The Road Committee Meeting of the Webster Parish Police Jury will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at 9:30 A.M. in the 3^rdfloor meeting room,Room 302, of the Webster Parish Courthouse, located at 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana  71055.

            The Purpose of the meeting is to discuss:  Municipality request, Pine Country Cooperative Endeavor, and any other items pertinent to this committee.

          The Intergovernmental Committee of the Webster Parish Police Jury will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 immediately following the Road Committee Meeting in the 3^rdfloor meeting room,Room 302 of the Webster Parish Courthouse, located at 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana   71055

            The Purpose of the meeting is to discuss:  Webster Parish Ordinance #1004- To amend and set procedures and policies of the Districts and/or Boards created by the Webster Parish Police Jury

            The Buildings and Grounds Committee of the Webster Parish Police Jury will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 immediately following the Intergovernmental Committee Meeting in the 3^rdfloor meeting room, Room 302 of the Webster Parish Courthouse, located at 410 Main Street, Minden, Louisiana, 71055

            The Purpose of the meeting is to discuss:  Proposal for Courthouse Roof, Proposal for double door at entrance to the Courthouse, update on Capital Outlay, and any other items pertinent to this committee.
