The Regular Meeting of the Webster Parish Police Jury will be held as follows:

PUBLIC HEARING:  To hear comments concerning the abandonment of 135 feet at the end of Walker Road (Located off of Diamond T. Road)

1.     Additions to the agenda:

2.     Audience Comments:

3.     Adopt the minutes from the October 7,  2014 Road Committee Meeting,  and the October 7, 2014 Regular Meeting,

4.    Approve invoices for payment:  Friday, November 7, 2014 – Steve Ramsey, Perry Kirkland, and Charles Odom.

5.     To approve the abandonment of 135 feet at the end of Walker Road (Located off of Diamond T. Road).

6.    To call for a public hearing on December 2, 2014,  to hear comments concerning the abandonment of 440 feet at the end of Heflin Ranch Road.  613 feet will remain in the road system.

7.     Board Appointments:

A.  Sarepta Water Works District

To reappoint Mike Andrews  as a commissioner to a new term pending formal action by the Board of Commissioners on November 11, 2014.

        8.    Recreation Funding:

               District # 5 – To purchase a “Pole” Saw for the Town of Cotton Valley.   $700.00

        9.    Resolution –

WPPJ in support of Capital Outlay Application for 2015- remainder of Courthouse HVAC Renovation funding.
