PUBLIC HEARING:  To hear comments concerning the adoption of 2015 Millage Rate for the Webster Parish Police Jury as presented in Webster Parish Ordinance # 1013-2015.

3.     Adopt the minutes from the April 7, 2015 Road Committee Meeting , the April 7, 2015 Regular Meeting and the April 15, 2015 Environmental Committee  Meeting.    

4.    Approve invoices for payment:  Friday May 8, 2015 – Steve Lemmons, Bruce Blanton,  and Vera Davison.

5.     To concur with the Bossier Parish Police Jury approved Proposal for Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation Study at Camp Minden by KSA Engineering.  Presentation by Mr. Glenn Benton, Bossier Parish Police Jury and Lanny Buck, P.E. KSA Engineers.

6.    Approve Budget Amendments for the Webster Parish Police Jury

7      Recreation Funding for Jurors:

        District #2            To approve purchase of chairs and bookshelf for Council on Aging, Cullen

8.    Legal Journal for July 1, 2015 – June 30, 2016 – advertise for legal journal that is a 5 day a week publication  to meet state advertising requirements.

9.    Approve the millage rates for the Webster Parish Police Jury for 2015 as presented.
