The Regular Meeting of the Webster Parish Police Jury will be held as follows:

PUBLIC HEARING:  To hear comments concerning the adoption of 2015 Millage Rate for the renewed Library Tax as presented in Webster Parish Ordinance # 1013-A Tax.

3.    Adopt the minutes from the July 7, 2015 Road Committee Meetings, the July 7, 2015 Regular Meeting. 

4.    Approve invoices for payment: Monday, August 10, 2015: 

Randy Thomas, Daniel Thomas, and  Dorthy Walker.

5.    To adopt the 2015 millage rate for the renewed Library Tax as presented and to adopt Webster Parish Ordinance # 1013-A Tax- 2015.

1. For acquiring, constructing, improving, furnishing, equipping, operating and/or maintaining Public Libraries in Webster Parish…… (12.00) MILLS 1077005

6.    Report and Presentation of the 2014 Audit of the Webster Parish Police Jury and component units- (WP E-911 and WPPJ OCS ).  Amy Tynes, CPA – Allen Green and Williamson.

7.    Germantown Water System, Mr. Dustin Smith and Mr. Lane Davison- presentation concerning the creation of Webster Parish Water District for this system.

8.    Approve listing of adjudicated properties, declare surplus and to advertise for sealed bid.

9.    Approve Video Poker Permit –

new permit for WORMILE2, LLC, Goodwill Road, Minden.

10.  Call for a Public Hearing September 1, 2015 to hear comments concerning the abandonment of Casady Lane.
