7. To approve a Cooperative Endeavor with the Village of Dixie Inn to allow for trash pick-up at I-20 exit.
8. To advertise for Abandonment of Servitude a portion of Caples Camp Road, and to hold a Public Hearing on April 3, 2018.
9. To advertise for Sealed Bid – Dogwood Trail property.
10. To approve the following Recreation Funds disbursements:
District # 5 Village of Dixie Inn $500.00 to purchase awning for Police Station.
District # 5 W.P. 4-H Foundation $250.00 to purchase supplies for Shooting Range.
11. To approve a Letter of Support for the Barksdale/ I-220 Access Road.
12. To approve a Letter of Support for Economic Development property with Bossier Parish P.J.

Committee meetings will begin at 8:30 a.m. At 10:30 a.m. the Regular Meeting will convene in the Conference Room of the Webster Parish Annex. The Committee Meetings will re-convene after the close of the Regular Meeting in the Webster Parish Police Jury Meeting Room.

The Road Committee of the Webster Parish Police Jury will meet Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. in the Conference Room, Webster Parish Courthouse Annex, 401 Main Street, West, Minden, LA.
The Purpose of the meeting is to discuss Annual Mowing Contract, Abandonment of right of way, Priority List, FEMA projects, Sand Bags, Cullen and Cotton Valley Priority List, Municipal Resolutions, and any other items pertinent to this committee.
